NO SERVICE DELIVERY!
I have been very unsatisfied with the service i am getting from Guest Claim solutions week in week out i am getting the same reply with no action. The manager dont even have the decency to return call when left for him ! My file was with a consultant for 4 weeks with no action taken on it only to find out that the person was no longer there this is time wasted! My claim nr is *** maybe someone will attend to my claim from this platform all one is getting is empty apologies and excuses and NO ACTION!
