Lucrecia - Quest Claims

Since Lucretia took over our Insured Liabilities, the book seems to be running a lot better. She always answers her mails, and when she needs to investigate and say she will get back to a person she keeps her word, and she really does get back to you with an answer. It is only a pleasure to work with her.
