I was assisted by Nicole Chauke and all i can say is she handled my claim "LIKE A BOSS!". As it was a third party claim i honestly didnt expect her to do regular follow ups and calls to ensure me they working on the matter, she was very proactive even though i am not an insurance holder and merly claiming to get my BMW fixed. I appreciate you Nicole keep doiing what the other dont do, you are far beyond the status quo. Thank you for everything!
