From the inception of her handling my claim there was constant and very specific correspondence and communication which gave me piece of mind as a first-time client. Quest is fortunate and blessed to have a dedicated person like Roxette in their employment. She is most definitely an asset to the company as she goes the extra mile to assist the client.
