Hi Ravind Trust you doing well My last conversation I complained about Jennet that I was not happy with how she was dealing with this claim However I must admit that I was very upset with the situation your client who knocked into my wall and took it out on Jennet. After I calmed down and spoke to her I acknowledged that she was not the one in fault and that I was Again I would like to thank Jennet for going the extra mile and keeping me updated she showed patience when she was dealing with an irate client. Although the claim has been moved I just once again want to thank her for her kindness She's definitely an asset to the company Regards Mrs Abrahams
