Great service received from Anri Swanepoel.

This review is specifically with regards to the service we received from Anri Swanepoel. She managed to resolve our claim within a week. Her communication was impeccable and we knew every step of the way what was happening.

This claim had been pending for more than a year in the hands of Myron van Heerden and Shantal Govender. Both were extremely rude, unhelpful, non-communicative and just showed a general disinterest to assist.

All I can say is you need more people of Anri Swanepoel caliber and less of Myron van Heerden and Shantal Govender.
