The experience thus far is leaving us with question marks about their commitment to provide service to their customers. We have been dealing with a guy called Robinson Mpholo and he is not committed to solving issues. We have a registered claim with Quest which we had to run around for and are still running around for two months of pleading for updates and we are nowhere near even starting their process even though they have not been returning emails. Rob is never available and when you leave a message its always half delivered according to him.
