Claim rejection
They rejected my claim after their client bump car at back. An assessor from Quest claims solutions by the name of Nadine Burgers rejected my claim. Now i am sitting with the damaged car that i use for business & already i have a lost business. Their insured driver bump/drove into my car from the back. Everyone knows that once you bump another car you at fault. Ravind Boodhram, Senior claim manager, told me with his own mouth that i can take this claim to my lawyer or ombudsman i will not win it because he is also a lawyer himself.

23 Sept 2025, 01:22Quest claims solutions as a third-party got a clear mandate from the main insurer IWYZE to pay for the damages on my vehicle which was caused by their client and now they are rejecting my claim. They seems to be taking advantages over me because i am a black person. I have already spent a lot of on my lawyer for IWYZE to accept my claim and now their third-party Quest claims solutions are rejecting my claim. Quest claims solutions asked me to send all the required documents including two quotations from two panel beaters which i did and they are now rejecting my claim.
