Bongani Ajudante has been very helpful throughout my claim process, at first he struggled to get held of me telephonically for months but when he finally managed to get hold of me, he reassured me that the 3rd party claim will be paid and that I should not worry, even when they were still finalizing the claims on their side and the 3rd party wanting their claim to be settled he assured me that I need not worry they will settle the claim. The claim was finally settled including all the legal fees that was charged to me. Afew months later came the 3rd vehicle that was also involved in the collision claiming from my insurance, Bongani was very quick with his response to assist and the matter was settled very quickly.
