Best Service Ever!!! From Given Monyahi - Head of Claims Quest Solutions

On the 5th of November, I wrote to Hello Peter regarding my claim that was taking long to be attended to. Next Morning a gentleman by the Name of Given Monyahi called me about the matter. I wish he was the one who handled my case from the beginning. From the 6th of November, he kept me informed through calls and emails about the status of my claim, he made sure he follows up with their various departments until my claim was paid up. I wish all the insurance head claim can work have someone like him and I am hoping that his bosses do recognize his effectiveness and efficiency in maintaining and restoring the company reputation as well as ensuring great customer service!!!
