Absolutely Terrible Experience – Stay Far Away

This has been the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. Instead of assisting me with my claim, the company has done everything possible to avoid paying what they rightfully should. Their customer service is shocking — unhelpful, dismissive, and completely lacking in professionalism.

What’s even worse is that they previously asked me to delete my honest review in exchange for “better assistance.” I removed it, thinking they would finally help, but after deleting it, their service became even worse. They stopped communicating properly and now they have sent me an email basically refusing to pay out, despite all the evidence and valid grounds for the claim.

It’s unbelievable that an insurance company can be this unwilling to help for something so simple. Instead of doing their job, they’re more concerned about their image than about their clients. An insurance company that doesn’t pay out is pointless — and that’s exactly what this feels like.

I genuinely hope anyone reading this thinks twice before signing with them. Save yourself the stress and disappointment. I will be sharing my experience on every platform I can so that others are aware of how this company operates.
