Appreciation

I must applaud the effort of Mr. Soskie Ketwa even after I complained on hello Peter, he’s attitude never changed, he still wanted to see this claim through, the complaint was never about him in the first place but the process, he’s communication was always on point and I’m glad that this thing is sorted now.
