Almost a year and I still have not been compensated

A driver hit the rear end of my car on the 16th of September 2025. He was at fault, he admitted fault but I still have not been compensated. I have been sent from pillar to post with Quest Claims. They promise they will get back to me but never do as I am ALWAYS the one following up with them (I have tons of evidence).

It is now the 28th of August 2026 and I am yet to be compensated… with no regard to my situation and still expected to pay the monthly premium??? NEVER EVER insure with this so called “company”
