Before my claim went to the claims department, I was helped by someone who goes by the name Lassy who wasn’t helpful at all. Their client bumped into me but was saying I was the one in the wrong. Lassy failed to explain that to me even though he could hear that I was clueless and going with the narrative that I am the one that was bumped into. I am not happy with his seevuce and how he handled my case. You’re never called to get feedback, you’re the one that has to call to get feedback from this company
