3rd Party Claim are the Pits......

What kind of service is this??? You have to wait 100 days just for a settlement amount then after agreeing to the ridiculous Settlement you told to wait for another 100 days, what kind of service is this??? They call and tell you that everything will be sorted, after reviewing the company here. Then now I have to give them the run around as if I was in the wrong. How??? I know for a fact this is *********, there has to be something done about the service you render for 3rd party claims. What's the stalling all about??? The longer I have to wait the more costs I incur as the damage on my engine continues to get worse. Poor communication, poor resolutions, absolutely poor customer service , headache after headache. Pay what's due to fix my car and stop being ******!
