3rd Part Claim

I'm very disappointed with dealing with this company, you would think your client knocking me would be the worst of it only to wait for 3 months just for feedback and to be told a accident 100% caused by their client I'm all of a sudden 40% responsible for it even after the police report says otherwise that doesn't make any sense. As for the settlement amount I thought the amount was an error the way it was so low like what was the purpose of all those qoutes if the offer will be less than 15% I'd be so much happier if they just fix the car once and forget about paying settlement amounts.
