I booked my test at Quest Africa Clinical Labs three weeks in advance, even sending my completed blood forms via WhatsApp as requested. When I arrived, they couldn’t find my forms at all — forcing me to fill in everything again on the spot.

Before my appointment, I was specifically asked how I would be paying and confirmed it would be by card. But after the tests were done, I was told there were no card facilities available. To make matters worse, they informed me that EFT payments come with an extra 5% fee — something never mentioned upfront.

This is not how a professional medical facility should operate. If you value organisation, transparency, and basic customer service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
