Appalling service

Very disappointed with the service from Queshop. I purchased an iPhone from them for R5000 and shortly after realised that the microphone and Face ID are not working. These issues were never disclosed at the time of purchase.

What is even more frustrating is the lack of accountability afterwards. I have tried calling and sending messages to resolve the matter, but I am being completely ignored. The seller clearly has time to post statuses and be active online, yet chooses not to respond to a paying customer trying to resolve a genuine problem.

When you buy from a shop, you expect honesty about the condition of the device and some level of after-sale support if something goes wrong. Right now it feels like once the money is paid, the customer is no longer important.

I hope Queshop will do the right thing and assist with resolving this matter, whether through repair, replacement, or a refund. Until then, I would advise other customers to be very cautious and make sure they thoroughly test devices before taking the device home.
