I bought an IPhone on the 25th of August, 2 weeks later I had to make a follow up as I did not receive any kind of communication from them, got feedback after few days & decided to cancel my order. Now it’s been a week of awaiting my refund and I’m being ignored. I’m very frustrated & stressed. Worst customer service ever.
