Con artist

I was referred to someone that posted on this group and others about assistance with Home Affairs applications. The ‘company’ is Queing4u and the owner/person is Jesseca Carter . I live and work in Mozambique, where I am getting married and required to get a Letter of Impediment. It’s not easy to travel to JHB and the South African embassy in Mozambique informed that I needed to get this letter as a matter of urgency as my wedding is on the 11th June 2022. Jesseca at first was responsive almost immediately - price, invoice, email all for the service of applying and collection on my behalf which was R1800.00. Once payment was made, it was harder to get hold of Jesseca. I received a response with an address to collect after two days of no reply and I arrived at the destination at 1:30/2pm that I saw was Home Affairs. As we all know, you need to be at home affairs early. I tried to get hold of Jesseca through what’s app, Facebook messenger, I got my mother and friend to try call, to find out what was going on and no response. I stood in cue for over two hours as the panic set in that perhaps I was conned. I hope for the best and try ignore the pit in my stomach. I get to the counter only to be informed that nothing was registered, nothing was app**** for. I must have tried to call Jesseca over 20 times, countless messages on what’s app, Facebook messenger. I feel so stupid and completely deflated. In hindsight everything is 20/20 right? I should have seen a red flag. Just a warning not to use these services. I was taken for a fool and believe me I feel like one. I don’t know if anyone can help me get this money back. Attached are images of her number, name, photo, email & invoice.
