My Personal Experience:

I recently had my Ford Bantam Bakkie Repaired by Queenswood Panel Beaters, after having a moderate accident/collision with another vehicle on the N1 Highway.

At first I was happy with the repairs, then this happened..

The bumper assembly gradually started to come loose at the left-front end. At First I thought it was due to poor workmanship, I have never been happier to be proven wrong.

I contacted Andre Louw from Queenswood Panel Beaters to have the bumper assembly rectified under the warranty they provided on the initial repair job. I dropped off my Bakkie at they're shop 2 days after contacting them about the problem.

Andre Louw provided me with a Courtesy Car for the day(Going beyond the call of duty), and my bakkie was ready that same afternoon.

It turned out that the bumper assembly did not come loose due to poor workmanship. They showed me a nudge on the right side of the bumper I was not aware of, that was the cause of the bumper assembly coming loose on the left. So someone nudged my vehicle on the front right hand side quite likely at my Office Building's Ba*****t parking, resulting in the left front bumper assembly coming loose.

Regardless of the fact that Queenswood Panel Beaters was not at fault, they had the Honor, Grace and Courtesy of repairing the bumper and the left front spotlight FREE of Charge!

To You Andre and your Sons, I am eternally grateful to you and beyond impressed with the manner in which you conduct your business and treat your clientele. I am sold for life, and should the misfortune of another accident ever befall me, there will be no question in my mind of where to go to.
