Just wait !!!!

Dr L van den Bergh , please explain what makes your time more valuable than a patients? I made an early appointment one week prior for 28/11 @9h30. Arrived 10 minutes early, announced my arrival to the Dentist receptionist and by 09h45 I was still sitting waiting to be seen! I asked reception why Dr is running behind ? She came back and said “Dr is busy with something and it would take another 10 minutes . After 10 min still waiting??? That was already 25 minutes into my appointment time ! I left without the procedure! What makes her think her time is more important than mine tge patient that came to support the practice? Shocking! I will not ever go back to that Dental practice,
