Due to extreme rudeness of the receptionist, Hilda, I WILL not visit this place ever again

I visited the GP 6 months ago and all she did was to write a referral letter for me to see an orthopedic surgeon. I've spent maximum 5 minutes with the GP. She did not bother to even take my blood preasure. Still, I had to pay the full consultation fee. When I phoned the orthopedic surgeon to make an appointment, I was informed that my medical aid does not cover the hospital where this surgeon operates. I was very disappointed, because I specifically mentioned my medical aid plan when I visited the GP. I went back to the GP to request another referral letter. Two days later, I went back to pick p the new referral letter, just to be informed by an EXTREMELY rude receptionist, Hilda, that I would have to make an appointment for a new consultation to see the GP to get another referral letter. It means that I paid R550-00 for a referral letter, that is useless. What a ripoff? I'll never ever visit this practice EVER again!
