Unnecessary charges on my account

I have a rather inactive account with Queenspark and every month they levy unnecessary amounts like CP insurance as well as a monthly service fee! WTH!! although it is very low amounts i.e. R5.00 and R27.00, they have now charged me 2x R3.19 aas well as R22.80 for a collection fee letter and a collection sms fee for the amount oustanding. My previous purchase that I did on account, was paid in full the following month!

I dont know why the consumer has to be exploited for service fees and insurance which is not needed. Do they want to insure my outstanding R5.00 of the insurance premium?

I hold accounts at Foschini and Truworths and wooolworths and noe of them charge a month service fee to my knowledge.

I have requested them to close my account with immediate effect. Hope they are so quick to do this as they are to levy unnecessary amounts.
