UNFAIR CHARGES ON AN UP TO DATE ACCOUNT

The stores system is so stupid it cannot pick up Payments inmediately. They even fail to debit as promised and come back to say people have got arrears. I have duly paid much more than what I was supposed to pay evry month and Thry sent me letters and messages to say I owe them. The balance hardly goes down even when I pay every month. QUEENSPARK store is a ******* to its customers. Their system us stupid and unreliable to its clients because they add instead of reduce as per clients payments. I will never in my life but at this store again and I will be cancelling my account ASAP. I can't deal with this disgusting service at all.
