Unexplained Interest (R460) - Paid within 3 months & Bad Customer Service

<p>Opened an Account with Queenspark in April. Bought a dress with discount voucher it was R750. Paid 3 instalments of R250. Was informed still owes them +-R460. Queried this with Queenspark. Queenspark explained its interest. Can not be interest if its paid within 6 monhts. Requested Queenspark for detailed statement in July 2016. Nothing received to date. Poor Service. Will close my account not prepared to pay interest!!! R460 interested does not make sense!!!!</p>
