Uncouth and unpleasant behaviour

Visited the branch today with my parents. We find shopping very the****utic. All of this changed when a person by the of Michelle attended to us at the till for an unknown reason . She told us to go to the other till because she wants to fold all of our clothes being purchased . Kind of a toughy since the tills are literally next to each other. When I requested to hand my garments individually to the cashier because each to be handled with care. But this was not okay for Michelle and stated that she does not get requests like this from customers. And she deals with a lot of them. Well I was unaware that consumers are of a certain stereotype. Her attitude towards a simple request was embarrassing and rude.
