Theft of refund and failure to provide full account statement.

******** Behaviour from them: The system indicates a credit owing us a refund after it was paid up,they refuse to pay it back this after 3 consultants confirmed the fact and the amount on their recorded line they still lie to us via email and refuse to provide a full statement of the account(a consumer's right) which will reflect the credit. ******** case and legal action to follow.
