TERRIBLE SERVICE BY CHARMAINE MATOTO

I am still appalled by the service my mother and I received on Monday (04/11/2024) at Queenspark Greenacres, Port Elizabeth. We went to the store to return an item and also pay my mother’s store account, we were welcomed by a very pleasant lady who assisted us thoroughly and efficiently. As we were signing for return, her uncouth colleague (Charmaine Matoto) came and stood next to watch to her and watch as the completed that part of our interaction. (We assumed she was her senior) As the first lady was confirming the amount to be paid, Charmaine grabbed the scanner and started helping the next customer, no explanation, no apology just blatant disrespect. When I asked for her name she just walked off very nonchalantly. This is not the first time I’ve encountered rudeness from this lady, first time she told us if we need to pay our accounts we are to come to the store knowing how much we are going to pay, as she will not look it up on your systems. My mother has been a Queenspark customer for years, and this type of service is unacceptable even if we were new customers.
