Super service Ennie

I would like to acknowledge one of you shop assistants- her name is Ennie, Queenspark mall o Africa branch, I broke my nail and started bleeding out whilst trying on something in the fitting rooms. To say Ennie came to my rescue is an understatement, the pain I felt was unbearable. She took it upon herself to help me as far as possible, arranged bandages, saw me to bathroom to make sure I can get the bleeding under control. Just the kindest experience I ever had in any shop, besides that, she and the entire team that worked on Friday the 31st of oct 2020 where super helpful from the minute my friend and I stepped in to the store, went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed, called different branches to check stock, gracefully and eagerly. Just superb superb experience. You have gems in your mall of Africa branch
