Rude, obnoxious, arrogant, insensitive senior assistant!

Queenspark Galleria has the most arrogant, insensitive woman as a senior "supervisor" or whatever she is known as. She charged me double the price on the ticket of the item I purchased. Because I bought many items, she thought I would not notice it. When I went back inside to check why to goods came to so much, they pretended everything was ok until I asked them to add it in front of me. Then this woman suddenly realised that they made a mistake. She removed the item and refused to give it back because she said it was priced wrong. I told her I'm a pensioner and buying these sale items for Christmas Gifts but she insulted me by saying: Oh the other customer understood when we told her we priced it wrong and she paid full price!!! She tore off the price tag. I told her it's wrong to compare me with others but she continued being rude to me. Eventually, I got the item at the price it had on the tag, but it really broke my spirit. I told her how excited I was with my purchases and that she had snatched all my joy away by being so bitter and rude towards me. I am very upset with her attitude and how she blamed me. Many items were marked down, not just this one and they were all at less 25% further, so it was marked in red and the other blouse was also at the same price, so I can't understand why she was so furious with me for noticing that she had quietly and deceptively overcharged me!!! Queenspark doesn't appreciate it's loyal clients. She has no business to represent the face of Queenspark and one of the younger ladies there should take her position. She has no manners and really mocked me terribly.
