Refund takes more than 13 days

Still batteling to get refund to reflect on account. 13 Days now, howevet all relevant fees of R200 odd were deducted from my bank account, but a refund of R1800 odd could not be done in 13 days! I never thought Queenspark's customer service was so undedicated!
