RCS group and Queenspark accounts are useless

I opened an account with Queenspark (clothing) in Feb 25. When I saw my bill (without owing anything) I closed the account on the same day. They have so many addon's that you should pay monthly (eg insurance etc). I had R 150 in my account (positive), because the lady at the till said I should pay for my card. After about 20 e mails and calls the RCS group would not close my account. I had to pay R 154 to close the account. R 304 of wasting my money. Last week I got an e mail to say my account has been closed. Yesterday I again received an account. They are playing games. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH QUEENSPARK. THEIR EMAIL SERVICE AND CONTACT CENTRE IS USELESS.
