QUEENSPARK - TOTAL DISGRACE

What an absolute disgrace and disappointment dealing with Queenspark. They are ONLY about the money and have NO concept about client business. I bought 2 items on my account at the beginning of June, Queenspark called me and told me payment is now due for R150, I made R250 payment on the 30th of June. Due to their inability of managing their accounts, they did not allocate my payment of R250 and then proceeded to hand my account over. AFTER NUMEROUS e-mails to Queenspark accounts department....still nothing has been done!!!! Queenspark, you are truly the most disgusting and insufficient bunch of idiots I have ever dealt with. So if anyone wants to open an account at Queenspark, They are ONLY money conscience and have NO desire for client relationships.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FROM QUEENSPARK HEAD OFFICE CALL ME TO SORT THIS MATTER OUT???????????????
