Queenspark RCS account a nightmare!!!

Opened an account at Queenspark Middelburg MP on the 12th May 2023 and clearly enquired if they will expect Me to pay at the end of the month they said I will only start paying on the 15th June 2023 since I pay all My accounts on the 15th. An account that has become my worst nightmare towards the end of the month of May I received a call that I must pay on the 2nd June. Enquired at the store they said I must relax it's not My account that needs payment. Now I am told since this in a RCS account I have been handed over for collection, yet I went all out to enquire. Another nightmare I contacted the company for a settlement they say they don't have any details in My account, was sent back to RCS whereby they said the is a transaction that needs to clear first since on the 13th June before I can get the settlement amount. Suprisingly when I look on the app the balance keeps on incurring interest from buying with R270+R150 i initiation fee I now owe them R545. I have been sent from pillar to post by the RCS for days now just to get a settlement amount.
