Queenspark - no follow-up by CFO! Pathetic!

<p>I had an account with Queenspark which I closed on 3 occasions by paying it in full and emailing them proof. However they still had me blacklisted. So I wrote an email to the CFO a Damian Johnson who handed me down to Beulah Peters who sent me an email claiming RCS will get back to me. WHAT IS THIS??? I pay may account, SENT THEM PROOF but this CFO is too important amd lazy to lift a finger to sort this out. I have a good mind and sue this lot!!!</p>
