Queenspark is ignoring payments to enable them to charge "collection fees"

Queenspark's bookkeeping is so shot because they keep on harassing me for payments already made . It is very convenient that they have there own collection company. I think they deliberately ignore payments made that they can charge "services fees" for collecting arrears. I get no answers what so ever. No one wants to help because it suits them to keep on adding interest for "defaulted payments"!!!!! Please get them to own up for being dishonest. They are hiding behind this Covid pandemic for utterly bad service!!!
