Queenspark insulting a customer we raised the complain with the store manager of Westgate and a Regional manager who attended to the complain just to express our disatisfaction

I would like to write a big complain about the disgusting experience we encountered from their store manager from Clear water by the name of i Innocentia Ngobeni who accused me of *****ing golf T-shirt in the store and she was saying serious and damaging accusation, we tried to reason that it was a mistake as it might be she makes a terrible mistake but she went on and on as we diceded to rather leave the store she insulted us with whicraft insult to such an extend we opened a case for her Can we express our disappointments toward such Behavior wish to know if such is condoned by Retailers
