QueensPark clothing in SA

I have share a review on Queenspark where I told that they handed my spouse over on an account she had for over 5 years and it was paid up. She paid the R114 as she was threatened that she is going to be blacklisted. I asked for the money to be reversed or close the account which they gladly closed the account without trying to save the matter. I also asked for the email o their MD in more than one mail which the person on the other end just ignored as I am sure the boss will not be happy with the funnies working for them. And the sad part was that my wife use to like doing shopping at QP. Amazing how quick they can stuff up an account and soon a company like the rest of South Africa. What happened about customer is king and customer care.
