Queenspark Card by RCS - a company with no loyalty to its customers

Specifically, the Queenspark Card offered by RCS.

I have had a Queenspark card for years without defaulting on any payments. In March this year, I omitted a payment, not because it was deliberate, I just forgot to make the payment on their app.

Despite them sending me multiple adverti*****ts for their deals via SMS, at no time did they bother to send me a reminder. Then, I obtained my new credit report and it reflected that I had defaulted and as a result, my record was badly affected.

Disgraceful service from a company that professes to be the best in the industry.
