Queenspark and RCS

My RCS card had ********** transactions on which were rectified after 2 and a half months. This lead to my Queenspark card being blocked as well. Cannot get assistance to reinstate this card as the phone keeps getting put down on me. I paid R1700 in a debit order which I did not authorise on RCS due to the ***** and I am still wiaitng 2 months later for the reimbur*****t. They are pathetic.
