Queenspark a mess!

Really upsetting service received from Queenspark collection department, an sms was sent to me to make a payment using easy pay via pick n pay, an incorrect reference was given and later another sms was sent apologizing for incorrect reference given, at that time I had already made the payment, ever since its been a mission to trace the payment,. The department is always advising to get back to me ever since. Incorrect balances are provided, interest is charged ridiculously,
