Queens Park Sandton need to brush up on customer service

visited Queens Park Sandton on Saturday and the service was not good. Not a good vibe in the store to start with. I wanted a pair of sandals from the new range and already they had no size 5. I asked the staff member to search other stores for a pair. Instead she went to the other end of the till and started serving people that arrived after me and left me standing there like an idiot and didnt bother helping me. I left so angry after about 10 minutes.
