Queens Park I paid you in full but reused to close the account.. Now you claim I owe you.. Bad Service!!

I for all outstanding money in my account and wanted to close the account after making payments for almost two years and the amount does not go down and and no account information is sent to me. I was refused to close the account and to my surprise they now send me a message that I'm Owings them R355. I have been buying cash most of the time and and paying for the account of R1200. 00.I wonder if they don't mistakenly charge every time they ask for your phone number number. Dissatisfied
