Poor customer Services

My mom has bought few items in Queens park and they wear out quickly when we go to quiry we arer told there is nothig they can do the print or decoration will come off and I mean their clothes they dont come cheap and with that price we expect quality but to be told they cant do anything when clearly the quality is questionable is not acceptable we have lost trust in their brand. we were expecting moreout of them and it was obvious that these clothes was due to factory fault but no one would assist us with out complain.
