MOST PATETHETIC POLICY: QUEENSPARK. SOMERSET WEST MALL. Went to return 1 x item. "O, we don't keep a float" only cents! how pathetic! If other shops can, why cant you? Come back when somebody pd in cash! I had to hang around for over 2h! Only when I phoned to inform them I will report it here and take matter further, the miracle! Within5 min! Somebody just pd in cash! Queenspark don't come with your excuse of stupid policies! Im not interested.Other shops cope, why cant you? Really a very dum policy I must add.
