Pathetic service from Queenspark.

Hi, I would like to share my frustrations with Queenspark. Since February I have been receiving endless calls from RCS on behalf of Queenspark which claimed that my account (***) is outstanding. Worse is that I am made to pay for these calls and sms, about R23 per call. I have visited different Queenspark stores (e.g. Centurion and Mall of Africa) to sort this out and they have faxed my proof of payments to whoever and I am always told this will be sorted. I am so tired of this daily harassment and would like it to stop. I can't even use this account and I have missed so many promotions because of this. Regards Simingae
