Pathetic and annoying service by Queens park Hemingway's East London

I bought a shoe from queens park heming ways east London 3 or 4 days ago and yesterday went to returned but manager Thembisa refused to returned the shoe. Because I didnt had a slip . I think the manager is not aware of CPA and their head office either,
