Online service is beyond pathetic.

My online experience with Queenspark over this Black Friday has been a disgrace. 2 weeks after the event they send a message to say, sorry all sold out. I went shopping in their Sandton store the day after the order and walked past the items because I had already bought them - or so I thought. The exact items were also available on Zando, and without the flat R75 delivery fee. Frankly, they obviously are not up to the task of online shopping and should defer permanently to using Zando.
