NO Statements received but plenty of advertising

I have an account with queenspark, <br> the last statemetnt I received was on August 17, with an installment of R499<br> I paid R2000.00 on 24 August 2015, thinking that I have covered the next 4 months.<br> Mind you the other items on the statement that I don't agree with that I have emailed before and have not received any feedback.<br> Since Aug 17, I have not received any statements but plenty of advertising materials.<br> Because I had paid in advance, I didn't think much of the no statement, infact, I thought that maybe they didn't send a statement because I didn't have a payable, until 2 days ago<br> I get a call from a call centre agent, informing me that my account is outstanding<br> she said that just because I have paid more, it doesn't mean the next few months a re accounted for.<br> I have other clothing accounts<br> edgars to be exact, if my installment is R500, and I pay R2000.00 , it means the next few months is paid for.<br> she asked me to make alternative arrangements, I told her I do not have alternative arrangements to make with her, other than queensparks sends me back the R1500 and I will pay them over the next 3 months.<br> I would like to close my account with queenspark
